What it does
Writing proposals eats evenings. The knowledge sits in old PDFs and in people's heads, and every client describes the same thing in different words.
Proposal Studio starts from what the client already sent. Paste the email or send a short questionnaire, and you get a first draft with matching services, hours and a list of things you still need to ask. You stay the one who decides.

How it works
The copilot suggests, it never applies anything by itself. Money is handled by plain code in whole cents, so totals and VAT are always right. A test makes sure budgets and internal notes never end up in the client's PDF.

What it brings
Evenings back
The first draft is there in minutes, you only shape it.
Numbers you can trust
Discounts, VAT and pass through costs are calculated the same way every time.
Nothing forgotten
Open questions are listed, and a deadline that doesn't fit gets a warning, never a silent squeeze.
No extra subscription
Runs in the browser, no per seat fee for a proposal tool.
Good to know
The copilot is simulated in this version. It reads the brief with rules instead of a model, so it works without a key. Pricing, timeline, validation and the PDF are real and covered by 31 tests. Going live means a real model with structured output, sending through Microsoft Graph and a shareable questionnaire link.
